  • What is the expected behaviour?
    Video should play

  • What do you see instead?
    Video does not play

If the issue is that Chrome does not support the format the error message should be adjusted to note that.

But I suggest you:

  • To use import-videos script that will try to fetch mp4 videos (better compatibility in peertube)
  • To enable transcoding that would fix that kind of problem. I changed the default configuration option for this section: 1125c40
